Our Organization

The Fund is a permanently certified 501(c)3 charity under the guidelines of the Internal Revenue Service and is incorporated under the laws of New York State. It is organized in one chapter based in Chestertown, NY.

The Helpers Fund is administered by its Board of Directors. The current directors are:
