The Fund is a permanently certified 501(c)3 charity under the guidelines of the Internal Revenue Service and is incorporated under the laws of New York State. The Fund's financial records are available for review at any time. You may obtain the available records by contacting us as follows.
In the future we plan to include a financial report online. The Helpers Fund is a 501(c)3 charity which has been serving the geographical area of the Tri-Lakes region since 1997.
